MARCO REAL RESERVA
GRAPE: tempranillo 40% Cabernet Sauvignon 30% Merlot 30% VINIFICATION: Wine elaborated with grapes coming from selected vineyards. Separate fermentation of each variety at 28℃, followed of a maceration of about 20 days. AGEING: After vinification, each wine is aged sepatately in bordelaise French oak barrels for a minimum of 18 months. During this time two to three rackings will take place. Later on, we blend and bottle the different wines obtained from different varieties and vineyards. Finally, the bottles will rest in our cellar fpr at least 2 years until enjoyed by the consumer. TASTING NOTES: The Reserva wine has a deep garnet color with slightly magenta shades. In the nose, we perceive complex and harmonious aromas, with notes of ripe, jelly-like fruit. Its passage through the mouth is flavorful, full-bodied, and rich with great balsamic notes provided by the new oak. Its aftertaste is persistent and elegant. Serving Temperature: 18℃. |
